Poster Sessions
The ICID Program Committee invites the submission of research papers of excellent quality in all areas related to infectious diseases. Authors with original research are encouraged to submit abstracts related to bacterial, fungal, parasitic, and viral infections, the pathogenesis of infectious diseases, antimicrobial agents, and related fields of investigation. All abstracts are reviewed by subcommittees of the 10th ICID Program Committee for the quality and originality of their research, the scientific content, and presentation. Abstracts accepted by the Program Committee will be published in the Abstract Book to be distributed to Congress participants on site. Abstracts are accepted into one of two categories:
  1. Abstracts accepted for poster presentation at the ICID
  2. Abstracts accepted into the International Scientific Exchange category
Abstracts in the Scientific Exchange category will be printed in the Abstract Book only and will not be presented as posters.
